Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been purchased and delivered.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

• All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

 

Replacements

If your product is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect, the issue must be verified and reported at the time of delivery itself to be eligible for replacement.

Replacement requests are processed only after a quality inspection at our warehouse.

 

Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-made or manufactured specifically against an order are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Replacement will be provided only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or delivery damage reported at the time of delivery.

 

Items Not Eligible

Unless received damaged or defective, the following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:

• Custom-made / made-to-order furniture

• Mattresses & upholstery items (for hygiene reasons)

• Clearance or sale items

• Freebies or complimentary products

 

How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order details along with clear photos/videos highlighting the issue.

3. Once approved, pickup will be scheduled from your location.

4. After warehouse inspection, exchange or replacement will be processed.

 

If replacement stock is unavailable, you may choose:

• Exchange with another product of similar value

• Store credit voucher

• Refund to the original payment method (only if other options are not suitable)

 

Warranty

• Warranty details, where applicable, are mentioned on individual product pages.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.

 

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping across Kerala for orders above ₹8,000.

• Delivery charges may apply for smaller orders or deliveries outside Kerala.

• Orders are typically shipped within 7–15 business days, depending on product availability.
